Blues guitar solos are awesome! There’s nothing better than cranking up your amp and playing some cool Clapton or Hendrix inspired licks with a band or over a quality backing track. Many players often struggle though. It can be all too easy to sound disjointed or fall back into the same old patterns and not really progress with your lead playing. So, I thought I’d create this site to help you freshen up your solos and get you making some awesome sounds. Check out to get you moving forward TODAY!
In celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month, the Milk Life Lo Que Nos Hace Fuertes campaign presents their newest milk advocate, Executive Chef/Owner, Adrianne Calvo, to encourage families everywhere to celebrate their heritage with milk. The milk life campaign is designed to educate Hispanics about the nutritional benefits of milk, and its 9 essential nutrients including 8 grams of high quality natural protein and no added sugar.
Hispanic Heritage Month is the perfect time for families to get together and celebrate their culture and heritage with good food, music and laughs. In honor of this festive time, Chef Adrianne has prepared a few step-by-step videos with some of her favorite recipes with milk which will slowly roll-out on www.FuertesconLeche.com. The recipes include some traditional breakfast foods with chorizo, while also incorporating a delicious solution for turkey leftovers this holiday season. Love sweets but want to lower your sugar intake? Her Double Vanilla Bean Ice Cream is sweetened with honey, which is 1.5 times sweeter than table sugar so you can add less. All the recipes include Calvo’s personal touch of deliciousness her restaurant-goers love so much. Calvo also shares her personal story of strength and some of her favorite family recipes.

Four-time PGA TOUR winner Tim Herron is teaming up with Endo Pharmaceuticals Inc., a subsidiary of Endo International plc (NASDAQ: ENDP), Damon Adamany, MD, of The CORE Institute and the Facts on Hand campaign to educate adults about one of the more common hand conditions. The campaign is raising awareness of Dupuytren’s Contracture, a progressive, potentially disfiguring hand condition affecting a layer of tissue underneath the palms that can cause one or more fingers to move into a bent position so they cannot be straightened.
Dupuytren’s Contracture, sometimes referred to as “Viking Disease,” can make everyday tasks difficult, such as grabbing an object at home, or in Tim Herron’s case, a nine iron from his golf bag. Many people live with the disease without being diagnosed because they mistakenly assume they have arthritis or another hand condition. And because Dupuytren’s Contracture may progress slowly, people may not pay attention to it until they can no longer straighten their fingers, complicating everyday activities.

Ulmart’s stunning growth continues unabated as sales for the first six months of 2014 were up 31% in a year-on-year comparison. Sequential quarterly growth increased by 47%.
Ulmart’s half year results put the company at just below GMV of $610 million (VAT included). The company is forecasting GMV of $1.6 billion for the whole year which would put year-end sales at 33% higher than 2013.
Ulmart’s hybrid model which allows customer access to company’s fulfillments centers (currently there are 29 in the European part of Russia) continues to be a disruptive element in e-retail. Due to the particularities of the Russian infrastructure, reliance on last-mile delivery, the obsession of so many other world e-commerce leaders, is simply not a profit-creating option in Russia.

The FCBARCELONA PHOTO AWARDS are sports-themed awards, aimed at top-class artists that use photography as a creative vehicle, as well as professional photographers and photojournalists that see sports as a way of artistic expression.
Knowing that FC Barcelona has launched these awards, the first question that arises in our mind is why is a football club organizing a photo competition like this?
It is normal that the initiative causes a certain effect of surprise. A priori, it is difficult to understand why a football club wants to take part in areas that may seem so remote from the world of football such as culture, art and education.

Only 1 minicar out of 11 tested achieves an acceptable rating in the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety's small overlap front crash test, making these tiny vehicles the worst performing group of any evaluated so far.
The Chevrolet Spark's acceptable rating in the test, along with good ratings in the Institute's four other crashworthiness evaluations, earns the new minicar a 2014 TOP SAFETY PICK award. The Spark was among the initial award winners announced in December. The new small overlap test results for the rest of the minicar group mean that no other models in this size category join the Spark in the winner's circle yet.
