Kiddie Academy® Educational Child Care, a nationally recognized provider of comprehensive educational child care programs, today launched its new national advertising campaign titled Learn OnSM. Fueled by the notion that learning extends far beyond the classroom, the campaign showcases how a child’s curiosity, sparked while at Kiddie Academy, carries into every aspect of their day.
“Our new Learn On campaign underscores our fundamental belief that opportunities to teach and expand young minds present themselves every day and everywhere,” said Greg Helwig, Kiddie Academy president. “Kiddie Academy empowers children with valuable tools to help make the most of those opportunities. Given the right environment, they become more curious and collaborative, with the ability to discover and accomplish more. We hope to communicate the potential and fascination for learning that exists in every minute—in the classroom, at home and throughout the community.”

Announced today by VICHY Laboratoires, the VICHY EXPOSOME GRANT will promote and encourage research activity on the skin exposome. One research grant of 15 000 € will be awarded annually to a research project proposal in the field of exposome and skin.
What is exposome?
The human body is subjected to and responds to complex exposures throughout the lifespan, including exposures from the environment, diet, lifestyle. For this highly complex interaction, the term exposome was recently coined by Dr. Christopher Wild at the World Health Organization‘s International Agency for Research on Cancer.
The exposome analysis, therefore, complements the human genome by providing a comprehensive description of individuals’ lifelong environmental exposures. Exposome research aims to look at the holistic view of the human body’s exposures, how the body responds to those exposures, and their combined effects.

Johnson Controls, a global multi-industrial company, is constantly focusing on improving the future of car seating. Thinking ahead, Johnson Controls will present its seating demonstrator vehicle SD15 to customers and media at the 66th Frankfurt Autoshow. The SD15 features a simulated vehicle environment with a focus on first- and second-row seating while addressing the three automotive megatrends from a seating perspective: autonomous driving, lightweight, and increasing customer demands towards individualization and style for future urban mobility.
Furthermore, the stylish ink jet printed seat covers of the SD15 show what Johnson Controls can do in terms of individualization. The weight and space saving multi-material seats padded with highly ergonomic foam parts pave the way towards the demands of lightweight design. Many SD15 features support the megatrend of autonomous driving in the future “multi-talented” vehicle seat.
The SD15’s front row features a power driver seat mounted to a curved track, eliminating the need for separate and complex mechanisms found in conventional seat arrangements. The seat offers a control console mounted directly to the seat structure that moves conveniently with the occupant, instead of being fixed between the seats which offers wireless charging options for mobile devices.

The Dreaming Tree Wines, a California wine brand from award-winning winemaker Sean McKenzie and musician Dave Matthews, is proud to announce it has hit $1 Million in charitable donations to environmental organizations The Wilderness Society and Living Lands & Waters in support of reforestation and conservation, a goal it set out to achieve six years ago when the brand was launched.
The Dreaming Tree began with a mission to create sustainably produced and packaged wines, as well as ensure that a portion of proceeds from every bottle purchased benefits organizations on the front lines of environmental conservation by planting trees and protecting the nation’s forests. “The more work we can do like this in towns and cities around the world, the more we can change the outcome of the future of those communities,” says The Dreaming Tree Wines co-conspirator Dave Matthews. “I really feel grateful that there are organizations like The Wilderness Society and Living Lands & Waters that can turn this into a reality.”
