In Texas, football and those Friday night lights are true to people’s hearts – but the importance of hydration may not always be top of mind. Representatives from Nestlé® Pure Life® recently visited a local Texas youth and football cheer practice to help inspire the coaches and parents to make healthy choices for their families and join the Nestlé Pure Life Hydration Movement. “I think one of the biggest problems with the veterans coming back – myself included – is that you’re so used to that institutionalized way of life,” says Brock Horner, 25, a US Army veteran who served 15 months in Afghanistan with Chosen Company, 2nd Battalion Airborne, 503rd Infantry in Kabul Province. “You always have things set in stone and always have a set schedule that someone else makes for you. When you come home, a switch is turned off, and you don’t have that anymore. You have to do it all yourself, so it’s completely different and overwhelming.”

My Thoughts Run Wild All The Time and I believe I have finally found the answer. I believe I have Adult Adhd. For as long as I can remember I have always had a hard time getting things done. I always needed to work on more then one thing at a time and when it is all said and done I never accomplished anything.
This has affected every area of my life and I cannot not deal with it no more. I know more then anything I need to take control of the situation and start doing some different things. My job has been affected by this, my finances have been affected and relationships have also been affected.
It is causing me great pain inside and I know now more then anything take control today. I don’t need to wait no longer. I always say tomorrow and you know what?, tomorrow never comes. What we have to tell ourselves is don’t put off tomorrow what you can do today.
A wonderful musician and friend of mine has recently departed from our world and is now starting his new life under God's great care and guidance. Nikos will do very well in Heaven and will even delight the angels with his goodwill and music. "I am reaching out to you now from this world Nikos to present you with my gift of this song for you.
