Desde abril, Feeding America se ha asociado con las compañías lácteas y los granjeros productores de leche para el Proyecto Alimento: Leche para America. The European Head and Neck Society (EHNS) today announces European-wide ‘Early Diagnosis Days’ taking place on Wednesday 24 September as part of this year’s Head and Neck Cancer Awareness Week (22–26 September). This follows the success of the 2013 campaign, where nearly 100 ‘Early Diagnosis Days’ took place. More than 5,000 patients were seen by a healthcare provider in 1 day, resulting in a referral rate of approximately 5% and multiple diagnoses of the disease.

El MHA fue lanzado en 2009 y es una parte fundamental de la estrategia del gobierno para ayudar a los propietarios de viviendas a evitar la ejecución hipotecaria, estabilizar el mercado de vivienda del país y mejorar la economía de la nación. El programa ofrece una gama de soluciones, entre ellas cuotas mensuales más bajas para los propietarios de viviendas en dificultades, así como alternativas para los propietarios de viviendas desempleados o subempleados y para aquellos cuya deuda es por un monto superior al valor de su vivienda. Hasta la fecha, el MHA ha ayudado a más de 1.5 millones de familias en todo el país.

Michelin announced today it will expand the market footprint for its airless skid steer tires with the launch of two new versions of the award-winning MICHELIN® X® TWEEL® SSL airless radial tire: a 12N16.5 X® TWEEL® SSL All Terrain for a wide range of surfaces and a12N16.5 X® TWEEL® SSL Hard Surface for pavement use.
The development of Michelin’s Tweel technology is significant, since skid steer loaders equipped with traditional pneumatic tires, experience at least two or more flat tires per month. Desperate to find a solution to reduce flat-tire downtime, many users resort to using foam-filled, solid tires or other alternatives that result in diminished traction, handling and ride comfort. Four youths who have captivated audiences across the Arab world will compete to be named the regions top innovator in the live finale of Stars of Science, Qatar Foundation’s “edutainment reality” TV program on MBC4. The ranking of finalists Thieab Al Dossary of Bahrain, Sultan AlSubhi of Oman, Rania Bou Jaoudeh of Lebanon and Mohammed Al Housani of Qatar will be determined by a public vote and a jury deliberation in the live finale, which will air from the Stars of Science studios in Doha on MBC4 on Saturday, 15 November 2014 at 8:00pm KSA/ 5:00pm GMT.
