At the heart of the ‘No Bollocks 2013’ campaign is a series of TV spots comprised entirely of still photo images intended to cut through the clutter of expensive, elaborate, overly produced advertisements typical of the beer category. Instead of using the professional actors or beautiful models normally featured in beer ads, the spots feature ordinary people drinking at real parties having a real good time (or a real bad time in some cases). The creative takes on traditional beer advertising gimmicks that imply that hand crafted workmanship and hand selected ingredients are unique to certain beers and that parties are made abundantly more fun with those same beers.

The Ad Council is joining forces with BAM! Body and Mind and KIDZ BOP to premiere The Greatest Action Movie Ever (G.A.M.E), a kid-targeted film offering fun ways to channel the inner action hero and take steps towards a more active and nutritionally-balanced lifestyle. Starring Ryan Ochoa of the hit Disney XD series Pair of Kings, the first half of the six-minute long G.A.M.E. film will premiere on Sunday, April 14 on Disney XD as part of Disney’s Magic of Healthy Living, an initiative that inspires kids and families to lead healthier lifestyles. Tree Fu Tom, the animated preschool series that’s taken Britain by storm, will make its U.S. debut on Sprout®, the 24-hour preschool channel, on April 22 at 11:00 a.m. EST. The show, which is a co-production between FremantleMedia Kids & Family Entertainment and CBeebies, joins Sprout’s lineup of quality children’s entertainment that includes both acquired and original programming including the network’s newest hit, “The Chica Show.”
