The 2014 Chicago Auto Show is now open to the public. Held in the McCormick Place complex, the Chicago Auto Show is the largest auto show in North America and has been held more times than any other auto exposition on the continent. Exhibitions include: multiple world and North American introductions; a complete range of domestic and imported passenger cars and trucks; sport utility vehicles; and experimental or concept cars. In total, nearly 1,000 different vehicles will be on display.

TOURNEAU, the world's leading retailer of luxury timepieces for more than a century, will spring time forward this weekend in accordance with Daylight Saving Time, which takes place at 2 a.m., Sunday, March 9. A model of consistency, he has made every U.S. Olympic and World Championships team since 2007. Known for his signature kick, Manzano was in sixth place coming off the final turn at the London Olympics before storming up the homestretch to earn a silver medal—the first Olympic medal of any kind for the U.S. at 1500 meters since Jim Ryun in 1968.

Three-time U.S. Olympian Deena Kastor, 41, raced to a first place finish at the 11th Annual More Magazine/Fitness Magazine Women’s Half-Marathon in New York City’s Central Park on Sunday, April 13, 2014. Kastor shattered the previous course record time of 1:13:25.051 set in 2013, running a blazing 1:11:38, setting setting not only a new event record, but also a new U.S. Masters record. Local runners Tsehay Geisto of New York, NY, took second place in 1:15:07, while Aregash Gubae placed third in 1:18:35.

A Princess of Roumania fantasy, with an extraordinary, intense, compressed SF novel in three parts, each set in its own alternate-history universe. The first section is set in the aftermath of the Civil War, in a world in which the Queen of the North has negotiated a two-nation settlement. The second, taking place in northwestern Massachusetts, investigates a secret project during World War II, in a time somewhat like the present. The third is set in the near-future United States, with aliens from history.

Hostelworld, the leading budget travel website, is offering one lucky winner and a friend the opportunity to jet off round the world on an incredible trip, all expenses paid. All you have to do to enter the competition is pick your top three choices from 30 incredible adventures, and you could be in with a chance to win all three.
As part of the competition, valid until the 30th of June, Hostelworld produced a video of an offline stunt. We brought the spirit of travel to shoppers in London’s Westfield Shopping Centre by setting up a series of scenarios, using a mixture of augmented reality and live actors. We filmed the public’s reactions and captured how they interacted with what was happening.
