As Easter Dawns this gospel jazz artist wonderfully structured metaphoric song points us all - to the glorious finished work of JESUS CHRIST. Utilizing literally the simplest of salutations and simile’s confronts all of us with the reality of Easter in an easily understandable way. As you listen and read each line, it is absolutely memorizing.
This and other spiritual songs can be found on this artist latest CD album titled, “Come Fill Me Up Lord | Volume 2”. This artist combines vocal choral with contemporary Jazz groves, driving percussion and syncopated horns.

Fight for the hungry, fight for the homeless and fight for the hopeless. Newly appointed Commissioner David Hudson, National Commander of The Salvation Army, has issued a call for action as the holiday season approaches. As one of the largest nonprofit organizations in the country, with a presence in every ZIP code and a structure akin to the military, The Salvation Army is asking supporters to join the Fight for Good, the official theme of the 2017 Red Kettle Campaign.
“With the holiday season on the horizon, now more than ever we see the challenges of those faced with hardship,” said Commissioner Hudson. “There are families who don’t know where their next meal will come from, parents choosing between Christmas presents and the utility bill, and the recent natural disasters have displaced hundreds of thousands of people who don’t know where they will have a warm bed, if at all. It is more important than ever that we lift others up during the holidays.”

Summertime means vacation time – but, with unpredictable weather patterns, fluctuating gas prices and increasing costs, Americans nationwide are concerned about getting away. Our national travel expert has some great trips on how to survive summer travel – he/she will cover everything from how to get the best deals to planning a vacation suitable for the whole family.
Some of the unique and useful tips Amy can offer are:
• Travel trends: Travelling to destinations during their peak seasons can drive prices up. Visiting during off-peak times can help save money and you’ll have easier access to activities than at busier times of the year.
• Get organized: Planning a fun and successful trip means, setting a budget, researching, and booking early! Shop around to find transportation and accommodations that suit your needs and your budget.
• Get Your Ride Ready: If you’re hitting the open road, make sure any maintenance you need to have done on your vehicle is taken care of including checking your vital fluids, tires, and headlights and break lights.
• First Aid Kit: Make a little room in your luggage for a travel first aid kit. It won’t cost much, and it won’t take up much space but it can certainly come in handy.
Most of your behavior, good or bad, is determined from the experiences you had from the time you were conceived to the time you became 12 years old.
If you had a hard time in the womb, this will reflect on what type of person you will become. If you had a hard time during birth, this also will affect your personality. If you were abused and not loved up until you became 12 years old, your behavior and personality will be set for the rest of your life.
