I've been working on a very complex Progressive Trance song for over a month now but after investing so much time into a song that probably won't go over well with a mainstream audience, I become bored with it and so a much quicker and fun song emerged in my mind and so hence, the birth of Hey Terminator .... After that, I went back to work on the Trance song but once again, I became bored with working on that project for so long so once again I veered away from it to compose this new and fun song. This is probably the fastest time it's taken me to complete a song and video after the prior one.

These are the latest peer-reviewed findings summarized in Public Health Nutrition. This analysis of the National Heart Lung and Blood Institute Growth and Health Study (NGHS) data was funded in part by the General Mills Bell Institute of Health and Nutrition. The NGHS followed the diets of 2,379 girls who, at the beginning of the study, were between the ages of nine and 10 from 1987 to 1997; 51 percent, or 1,213, were African American girls and 1,166 were Caucasian girls who lived in Berkley, CA, Cincinnati, OH and Washington, D.C.

Im just testing out some of the effects form a new program I got and see what I could do with it. I was thinking about filming but I didn't know what to film so I used one of my older videos. Me playing my own arrangement of "Time on my hands" on the Stockport town hall Wurlitzer organ. The day before I listened to a recording I made playing this very piece on the Southampton Guildhall Compton organ and was amazed at how similar I made two very different instruments sound particularly between 0:46 and 1:00.
