In a show of responsible corporate leadership, executives from CPX Interactive fund inaugurate Children International’s newest community center, which will help impoverished children in Guayaquil, Ecuador.
CPX Interactive executives, feeling compelled to make a difference to poor children, encouraged their colleagues to join them in funding the construction of the B.U.D.S. Community Center, where over 5,000 children will receive medical and dental care, educational support and nutrition education.

A landmark summer research study has unveiled a vital component of wellness and happiness…vacations. The survey, “The Takeaways from Getaways,” commissioned by the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority, draws attention to the serious physical and emotional implications of stress and feeling over worked, and the inextricable link between vacation and personal wellness and happiness.
The research revealed surprisingly that more than 9 out of 10 Americans reported feeling happier after taking a vacation. And seventy-seven percent (77%) believed that their overall health improves after a getaway. Even so, more than half of Americans admitted that doctors should be able to prescribe vacations as a curative and therapeutic option for stress-related maladies.

This is a common occurrence when binge eaters or over eaters stop overeating all of a sudden they have a space where they would of binged to mask an emotion but now their desire to binge has gone but they are left with feeling the raw emotion and it can feel uncomfortable.
Birmingham hypnotherapist Debbie Williams talks about how you can handle emotions and grow from them to help you to feel better and leave unhelpful thoughts and feelings in the past along with the binge eating.
