In a football pitch on June 20th, social media stars Iza and Elle from Sweden set a new world record on having the largest number of girls dancing in one Musical.ly video with a little help from their friends. Co-hosting the event was IFK Stocksund, the local football club where Iza and Elle are playing. To achieve this, they had gathered their friends from the football team as well as fans from their social media platforms.

before recording "shepherd´s song" Conny Plank took a long break to mix a Kraftwerk-concert in the Hamburg Markthalle. When he returned he brought a lot of friends with him and up in smoke we went
- that night we really forgot to record the 6 minutes jazzy part of the song; the only thing left is a real strange final chorus, that everybody in the studio at that time( about 3 a.m) who joined in spontaneously
the next morning we departed for our hometown. all I remember is:

Columbus businessman Scott Ressmeyer and 11 friends have started their 2013 Scott’s Ride for Miracles, a 21-day, 9,000-mile, 48-state motorcycle trek to raise awareness and money to benefit Children’s Miracle Network at The Medical Center in Columbus, Ga. The Miracle Send-Off Ceremony was held at 11:30 a.m. Friday morning, then at noon, the riders revved up their Harley engines and roared out of The Medical Center.

For an audience of 300 at the New York Stock Exchange, including members of the New York Cosmos and New York Red Bulls, the America SCORES 7th Annual National Poetry SLAM! featured poetry performances by 27 elementary school children from 14 cities. Also in attendance were guests of honor football legend Shep Messing and soccer visionary, Joseph Tacopina. The event, a benefit for America SCORES, reached its $150,000 fundraising goal thanks largely to these honorees and their friends, including international soccer icon Pelé, who collectively matched the evening’s donations with $10,000. When Kayla Dehnert tells friends and family in Northern California about life as a St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital patient, she pulls out a string of beads taller than she is.
Kayla, 8, of Novato, Calif., is one of hundreds of St. Jude patients who have participated in the hospital’s Legacy Bead program since its launch in 2009. The program offers patients and their families a tangible way to illustrate their journeys using 55 glass beads as unique as the children who collect them. Patients receive vivid green cylindrical beads for blood transfusions; sapphire round beads for lumbar punctures; tear-drop beads in assorted colors for homesickness; and blue, triangle-shaped beads for clinic visits. Other beads mark triumphs such as the completion of radiation or chemotherapy or challenges ranging from cancer’s return to the death of a friend.
