Before the dinner, the stars participated in a handprint ceremony, with the resulting handprints to be incorporated into the Cotai Strip® development’s own version of an ‘Avenue of Stars’ walkway.

Walt Disney Records is set to release a new hologram vinyl version of the original motion picture soundtrack for Star Wars: The Force Awakens. With score conducted and composed by five-time Academy Award®-winning composer John Williams and liner notes by the film’s director, J.J. Abrams, the double LP features a 16-page booklet on 180 gram vinyl. This one-of-a-kind vinyl set, hand etched by Tristan Duke (Jack White’s Lazaretto) of Infinity Light Science, offers a 3D hologram experience featuring the Millennium Falcon on Disc 1/Side B and a TIE Fighter on Disc 2/Side B. For optimal viewing, use a direct light source or simply hold a mobile phone flashlight above the vinyl to view the holograms.
Tristan Duke founded Infinity Light Science in 2008, a research laboratory with an emphasis on laser holography, interferometry, light-field imaging, hand-drawn holography, and relativistic imaging.
The must-have vinyl album also features Direct Metal Mastering (DMM) for an optimal listening experience. Disney Music Group has joined forces with Pro-Ject Audio Systems to showcase this unique, next-level advancement in holographic vinyl technology with the Elemental turntable, a combination of minimalist design and maximum performance from the world leader in high fidelity turntables. The Smithsonian's National Museum of American History will open a unique hands-on learning space, the Patrick F. Taylor Foundation Object Project, July 1. Made possible by philanthropist Phyllis Taylor, the 4,000-square-foot space in the museum's new Innovation Wing will focus on “everyday things that changed everything.”
Anchored by an array of individual cases–some overhead, others with visitor-activated sound, light and motion effects–“Object Project” will invite visitors to interact with approximately 250 objects within the 9-by-40-foot sculpture that forms the learning space. The space is divided into four sections: Bicycles, Refrigerators, Ready-to-Wear Clothes and Household Hits, which includes a customized interactive version of “The Price Is Right” game show format licensed from FremantleMedia North America Inc.

The slow hands lyrics are simple but very direct which i think is cool, I seen him perform on The Voice Australia and he nailed it as well so my respect is growing for this guy, Capitol know how to back a winner. Klarer Held auf dem Seat Stand dabei der neue Leon Cup Racer. Er zeigt bereits sehr konkret, wie ein neuer Renntourenwagen für den Einsatz in den verschiedensten weltweiten Rennserien aussehen kann. So bildet der 243 kW/330 PS starke Leon Cup Racer die Basis für die Entwicklungsarbeiten und Testfahrten der kommenden Monate. Begleitet wird der Cup Racer auf dem Seat Stand von fünf weiteren, besonders feurigen und individuell ausgestatteten Versionen der Baureihen Ibiza und Leon sowie einem umfangreichen Programm für die Fans der spanischen Marke. Schon optisch liefert der auf dem fünftürigen Leon basierende und in metallischem Matt-Grau mit orangefarbenen Akzenten lackierte Cup Racer einen beeindruckenden Auftritt: Überaus kraftvoll steht er auf seinen 18 Zoll-Rennrädern, immerhin ist die Spurbreite des Rennwagens fast 40 Zentimeter größer als beim Serienmodell. Die neue Front ist auf optimale aerodynamische Effizienz und maximale Belüftung von Motor und Bremsanlage ausgelegt, die mächtigen Radhäuser mit ihren Öffnungen an der Rückseite unterstützen die Kühlwirkung für die Vierkolben-Bremsanlage. Die Schweller sind weit herausgezogen, zusammen mit dem Frontspoiler, dem glatten Unterboden, dem Diffusor am Heck sowie dem zweistufigen, auf einer Stütze montierten Dachspoiler schaffen sie maximalen Abtrieb für hohe Kurvengeschwindigkeiten. Rennfertig präsentiert sich auch das Interieur. Konsequente Gewichtsreduktion und die Konzentration auf das Wesentliche bestimmen den von einem höchstfesten Käfig zusätzlich geschützten Innenraum. Die Grundform des Seriencockpits bleibt erhalten, die Fahrerinformation und die Bedienung des Rennwagens konzentrieren sich aber auf das Multifunktions-Lenkrad und das hochauflösende TFT-Display dahinter. Für mächtigen Vortrieb sorgt ein Zweiliter-Vierzylinder-Turbomotor. Seine maximale Leistung beträgt 243 kW/330 PS, das maximale Drehmoment liegt bei 350 Newtonmeter. Für die Kraftübertragung auf die Vorderachse sorgen ein 6-Gang-Doppelkupplungsgetriebe DSG, bedient am Lenkrad, und ein elektronisch gesteuertes Sperrdifferential. Eine spezielle Variante des Cup Racer für Langstreckenrennen kann mit einem sequentiellen Renngetriebe mit Schalthebel auf der Mittelkonsole und einem mechanischen Sperrdifferential ausgerüstet werden. Selbst ein vorläufiger Kaufpreis für den Leon Cup Racer ist bereits definiert: 70.000 € (ohne Mehrwertsteuer) soll die Version mit DSG-Getriebe kosten, 95.000 € (ebenfalls ohne Mehrwertsteuer) die Langstrecken-Ausführung mit sequentiellem Getriebe und mechanischem Sperrdifferential.
