Five Animal Kung Fu is a traditional southern Chinese form of Martial Arts. The style was taught by Christopher Fournier who passed on the lineage to master Patrick van Steen aka Long Juan Feng.
Patrick van Steen from Apeldoorn in the Netherlands participated at a martial arts competition. Patrick van Steen performed the form Fu Hu Kuen or the Tiger Fist. Patrick van Steen was a student of Five Animal Kung Fu under Christopher Fournier

This is not a difficult taijiquan form to learn but very fun to do. Douwe Geluk is currently living in Apeldoorn city in the Netherlands and is teaching Tai Chi Chuan and Chi Kung to his students

SMIRNOFF has announced a new extension of its “Equalizing Music” global campaign through a new partnership with Spotify that promotes equality for women musicians around the world.
According to Spotify data, none of the top 10 most-streamed tracks were performed by women artists or bands in 2017. The long-term partnership between MSC Cruises and Cirque du Soleil will set new standards in live entertainment at sea. The world leader in artistic entertainment will create a total of eight original shows exclusively available on MSC Cruises’ Meraviglia generation ships, coming into service between June 4, 2017 – with MSC Meraviglia – and Fall 2020.

CNA and the National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA) today announced Antis Roofing & Waterproofing as this year’s winner of the CNA/NRCA Community Involvement Award. The Community Involvement Award honors the outstanding acts of heroism performed by NRCA contractor members for their communities.
As winner, Antis received a $7,500 monetary donation from CNA to be bestowed to its charity of choice. The organization selected OneOC, which supports nonprofits with volunteers, training, consulting and fiscal sponsorship.
