Douwe Geluk a well known Dutch master of the Chinese martial arts participated at the Golden Bridge martial arts tournament 2019 in Lelystad city in the Netherlands.
This event was hosted and organised by sifu Mark de Haan of the KFVN Kungfu Vereniging Nederland.
Douwe Geluk from Apeldoorn city particpated with Taijiquan, Tai Chi Chuan also known as Tai Ji and won two golden medals at this Dutch event.
Wu Wei Cup 2018 Martial Arts Competition
The Tai Chi team from the Netherlands particpated under the guidance of shifu Douwe Geluk on a bigg international martial arts competition. This contest was held in Germany under supervision of Jan Leminsky.
The Dutch team participated with different styles and ways of Tai Chi Chuan and the won several prices. In this video you see short clips of the Dutch Tai Chi team Nederland.
Shaolin Xiao Dao is a short Broadsword Form with much different moves. The form is very good for kids classes in Shaolin Martial Arts. Shaolin Xiao Dao means: Small, Little Sword. The form is demonstrated here by Douwe ter Horst from Zutphen the Netherlands

Kai Jansen organised a bigg martial arts tournament in Nettetal a city in Germany, Europe. Douwe Geluk and his martial arts team participated at this bigg event and performed the Chinese martial arts of: Shaolin Kung Fu, Tai Chi Chuan, Weapons and more. The Dutch man of Tai Chi master Douwe Geluk from Apeldoorn city in the Netherlands. Douwe practised the Chinese martial arts since a very young age besides kickboxing, karate and judo he practies How Chuen Monkey Kung Fu The way of the Sasquatch with master Fred Decramer and had several teachers throughout the world for Tai Chi Chuan, Chi Kung, Pushing Hands and others.

Researchers at global public health organization NSF International, Harvard Medical School, the United States Department of Defense and the National Institute for Public Health and the Environment in the Netherlands (RIVM) recently identified four unapproved, DMAA-like stimulants in six over-the-counter weight-loss and pre-workout products currently available online. The research was published in the peer-reviewed journal Clinical Toxicology.
The potentially harmful compounds – including banned stimulants 1,3-DMAA and 1,3-DMBA as well as octodrine and a newly identified DMAA analog – were not listed as ingredients in the products and may have been disguised as “2-aminoisoheptane” or extract of Aconitum kusnezoffii. These stimulants may cause adverse cardiac events, hemorrhagic strokes or sudden death, especially if taken prior to strenuous exercise or combined with caffeine. Extreme heat and dehydration may also increase the health risks.

The Shaolin Kungfu Staff is one of the oldest traditional weapons used by the Shaolin Monks. Practise requires forms, partner exercises and some sparring with protective gear. This is the Wind Chaser Staff or Zhui Feng Gun (say: goen) Here the Zhui Feng Gun form is demonstrated by Jeab Luc Grandjean from He Yong Gan Apeldoorn the Netherlands. A very nice Staff form!
From the Henan Shaolin Temple came the Shaolin Martial Arts. Shaolin Kungfu has many skills and weapons. This Staff form is called: Zhui Feng Gun 'Wind Chaser Staff' 追風棍 and is done by Jean Luc Grandjean from Apeldoorn city in the Netherlands.
