Maybe parents don’t know their teens as well as they think. According to a new 30 Hour Famine study, less than one in ten parents of teens (9%) describe teenagers today as “generous”. More than half of parents (58%) describe teenagers as “lazy”, and almost as many (54%) describe teens as “selfish”. And yet more than half of those teens themselves (53%) say the current economic climate has made them more aware of the needs of others. And almost nine out of ten (89%) of teens in the same online survey, conducted by Harris Interactive in January, say they wish they could do more to help those in need. While crying myself to sleep at night wearing my Care Bear pyjamas and clutching my games console like a comfort blanket, I often wonder why I'm so unpopular. Maybe I need someone to give me a facial...a facial analysis that is.

http://fitnessweightlosscenter.com - Squat Exercise | Leg Workouts - The squat exercise, or as most people refer to it as "squats", is probably the best single workout you can do for your legs. Squats workout your quadriceps, hamstrings and all the other muscles in your legs. You will get the most out of your squat workouts if you use free weights rather than a squat machine. Using free weights makes you use all the little stabilizer muscles in your legs and adds to the effectiveness of the exercise. Just make sure not to get so infatuated with squats that you ignore the other exercises that target you legs. And remember that working out your legs is just as beneficial as working on your chest and arms and maybe more so. Strong and powerful legs provide a strong base for any other training or athletics. Anyone who has seen the blockbuster movies The Thomas Crown Affair or Bullitt will want to read The Pursuit of Happiness, a new novel by the same writer, Alan Trustman. The highest paid screenwriter in Hollywood at one time, Trustman now turns his pen to fiction, which reads and moves with the same crime thriller speed as his movies. From the opening chapter we are rocketed into the world of a Boston bad boy who is recruited to work for the government. “All of the material in The Pursuit of Happiness is true,” says Trustman. “Not a lot of people know that Boston was the contract killing capitol of the country throughout the 1940s – 1970s. Maybe later. I did a lot of research on the Boston gang wars.” Media Contact: For a review copy of Silver Dollar or to arrange an interview with Alan Trustman, contact Scott Lorenz of Westwind Communications Book Marketing at scottlorenz@westwindcos.com or by phone at 734-667-2090 http://www.book-marketing-expert.com Thriller
