http://fitnessweightlosscenter.com - Weighted Bench Dips | Tricep Muscle Exercise - If you're looking for a great exercise for your triceps you need to add weighted bench dips to your routine.
The bench height should allow for full range of motion. If a spotter is not available, place weight on lap sitting on floor or edge of bench. Try not to lean forward. That way your triceps do all the work and not your pecs. Also, keep your legs straight, but don't lock your knees.
It is best to attempt this exercise without any weights at first in order to get used to the movements required for good form. If that variation also becomes easy, then you can have a spotter place plates on top of your lap. Make sure that in this case the spotter ensures that the weights stay there throughout the exercise.

No conversation is more top-of-mind for today’s business and marketing leaders than the impact of social media on the changing face of business in this tough economy.
Simon Mainwaring, author of the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, and Amazon bestseller “We First: How Brands and Consumers use Social Media to Build a Better World”, is at the forefront of this discussion, as he proposes a vision for the re-purposing of the private sector that he characterizes as a shift from “Me-First” to “We-First” capitalism. So timely is his proposal that Amazon named it a Top 10 Business Book for 2011, and strategy+business named it their best Marketing Book of 2011, stating, “We First is that rare marketing book that is truly visionary.”

The list of winners of the Institute's TOP SAFETY PICK award is longer than ever this year, with vehicles in nearly every size category the Institute evaluates earning accolades. From minicars to sedans to pickups, consumers have a record number of choices among 2012 models.
In all, 69 cars, 38 SUVs, 5 minivans, and 3 pickups earn TOP SAFETY PICK. The award recognizes vehicles that do the best job of protecting people in front, side, rollover, and rear crashes based on ratings in Institute evaluations. The ratings, which cover all 4 of the most common kinds of crashes, help shoppers pick vehicles that offer the highest levels of crash protection. Because the federal government now requires all 2012 and later passenger vehicles to have electronic stability control to help drivers avoid loss-of-control crashes, ESC no longer is a requirement to win as it was in prior years.
The winners’ circle includes 18 new recipients for 2012, while 97 models that previously qualified for the 2011 award carry over to 2012.
