Check it. On an episode of extreme makeover (home edition), a lady comes running out of her house a bit too fast, misses her step, and falls/fails face first onto the sidewalk. Even though everything was ok, she seems to gracefully laugh off her fresh faceplant on live television. Mountain Marathon Madness. As a run up to Asia's longest running high altitude marathon. King of the Hills held time trials to seperate the weak from the strong.
