This February, the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry (AAPD) is celebrating National Children’s Dental Health Month by hosting the Tournament of Tooth Care, showcasing how parents and caregivers can help their kids fend off the Mouth Monsters –a.k.a. tooth decay. Douwe Geluk a well known Dutch master of the Chinese martial arts participated at the Golden Bridge martial arts tournament 2019 in Lelystad city in the Netherlands.
This event was hosted and organised by sifu Mark de Haan of the KFVN Kungfu Vereniging Nederland.
Douwe Geluk from Apeldoorn city particpated with Taijiquan, Tai Chi Chuan also known as Tai Ji and won two golden medals at this Dutch event.

For the second time in school history, a team of academic stars representing Prairie View A&M University bested 47 teams from America’s Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) to win the 26th annual Honda Campus All-Star Challenge (HCASC) National Championship Tournament. In addition to taking home the prized HCASC championship title, Prairie View was awarded a $50,000 institutional grant from Honda to support academic programs on campus.

As the NCAA college basketball tournament approaches, the National Center for Responsible Gaming (NCRG) is launching a public awareness initiative to encourage college administrators, campus health professionals and students to learn more about college gambling and gambling-related harms. The campaign also helps to educate students who are of legal age about how to make responsible decisions about gambling.
