All guys want bigger arms and the one arm preacher curl is a fantastic exercise that isolates the bicep muscle one arm at a time.
The one downside to the one arm preacher curl is that you'll most likely have to go to a gym to perform the exercise. Because your elbow rests on a sloped bench to perform the exercise it is unlikely you'll have this available at home. I wouldn't recommend you join a gym just to do this one exercise but if your serious about weight training and getting fit joining a gym is a must.

Growing up inner city, Watts, California, Kevin never imagined himself as an athletic icon, especially in track and field. However, in high school after joining the track and field team, it was clear that Kevin had the talent for speed and agility. In the 1992 Barcelona Olympic games, Kevin earned a gold medal and became the new world record holder for the 400m hurdles at 46.78 seconds. After mental and physical preparation for the Barcelona Olympic games, Kevin knew he could focus on the goal and beat the 11-year standing world record for the 400m hurdles. 15 years later, his world record still holds at 46.78 seconds. One of nuclear energy’s major advantages relative to other low-carbon energy sources is its unique ability to produce large-scale electricity around-the-clock in extreme weather conditions. Nuclear energy facilities don’t rely on the wind blowing, the sun shining, or just-in-time deliveries of fuel by truck, barge, rail or pipeline.
