Mountain Dew® announced today it will premiere a new commercial on Saturday, October 20, marking the culmination of the DEWeezy Project, a partnership with Grammy Award-winning recording artist, Lil Wayne.
In collaboration with the action sports youth development agency STOKED, the program enlisted 10 teens from the NYC area to work with brand and industry executives, including director Chris Robinson of Robot Films and Motive, a creative studio with offices in New York and Denver, to co-create a :30 second television commercial. Through www.deweezy.com, fans were able to follow the teens’ journey and vote for their favorite concepts and final cuts.

When IIHS began its booster seat ratings in 2008, most models failed to consistently provide good belt fit — the main purpose of a booster. This year, all new models evaluated by the Institute provide good or acceptable fit for typical 4 to 8 year-olds in most cars, minivans or SUVs.
Out of 23 new models evaluated, 20 earn the highest rating of BEST BET, meaning they are likely to provide good fit for a 4- to 8-year-old child in almost any car, minivan or SUV. Another three models are rated GOOD BETs, meaning they provide acceptable fit in most vehicles. There are no new models in the Not Recommended category, nor are there any with the Check Fit designation, which identifies seats that may work for some children in some vehicles.

BMM, Asia’s only Midnight Marathon, was conceived by Rotary Bangalore IT Corridor (RBITC) and the first edition run was held on 19th May 2007. MINI TAKES THE STATES 2018 (MTTS), the eagerly anticipated road rally for MINI owners hosted by MINI USA, kicked off this weekend from two separate locations on opposite sides of the country. Over the next five days, thousands of MINI owners will #DriveForMore to help raise money for charity partner Feeding America.
The two rally routes, each with more than 800 participants, started in Orlando, Fla., and Portland, Ore., on Saturday, July 14, and will meet in the middle at Keystone Report in Keystone, Colo., on July 20 for a weekend celebration of everything MINI. The bi-annual trek will cover more than 5,000 miles in total, traveling across America on state and county roads, stopping in 15 cities along the way.
