Cesar Millan, Scooby-Doo and Warner Bros. Consumer Products took over the National Mall for the Second Annual National Family Pack Walk on September 29, in Washington, D.C. Pack leaders, Cesar Millan and Scooby-Doo, accompanied by an estimated ten thousand friends and supporters, gathered at the National Mall for the “One Million Paw March.”

The Air National Guard is proud to announce the new, interactive Air National Guard Mobile Experience. The hands-on, immersive experience takes attendees on a fast-paced journey through life in the Air Guard by letting them participate in simulated challenges that replicate the real-life experiences of Air Guard men and women during basic military training, technical school and on drill weekend. Through simulation, attendees will learn how they can serve their country part time while maintaining a fulfilling civilian life, by serving one weekend a month and two weeks a year near their home. The interactive experience, which will tour state to state until December, highlights the traditional career path of a guardsman, and is designed to educate Americans about Air Guard’s dual role in serving our nation and local communities.

Super Bowl Champion, New Jersey native and Entenmann’s celebrity ambassador, Victor Cruz unveiled a one-of-a-kind, larger than life Entenmann’s Crumb Top Donut, at the National Donut Day celebration in New York City’s Madison Square Park, in commemoration of the sweet holiday. Cruz’s lightening fast plays on the field helped Entenmann’s and The Salvation Army get ahead of the game, kicking off the annual holiday one day early for their New York Metro fans.

Following another hugely successful year, Facilities Show will celebrate its 15th anniversary by relocating from the NEC Birmingham to ExCeL London in June 2014.
Facilities Show 2013 took place from 14 to 16 May and was a roaring success, welcoming 15,830 attendees (subject to ABC audit) through its doors, an increase of 17.25 percent on 2012, and a fifth consecutive year of double digit attendee growth. Reflecting this success, a 3 percent visitor increase was also seen across the whole of Protection and Management Week, including Safety & Health Expo, IFSEC International & FIREX International.
