Save The Children held a conference to decide how best to shape the next ten years of volunteer activity in the UK. It was exciting and challenging. This is a short report of what happened.

Five finalist videos will be posted on Experience Kissimmee’s Facebook Page where the public will vote for their favorite entrant to win the Grand Prize – ten Kissimmee vacations with airfare, vacation villa accommodations at Westgate Resorts, and a rental car for the winner and up to five guests.

In 2005 Johnson Controls stood with Tulane University to rebuild and resume classes within five months after Hurricane Katrina's devastation. Ten years later, the university and New Orleans residents are building a better future one project at a time. Johnson Controls is proud to help the Tulane City Center, a non-profit organization founded by the Tulane School of Architecture, rejuvenate the community.
“Tulane needed help then, and New Orleans continues to need help today. We proudly have committed $1 million to help revitalize the community with projects that advance the lives of Louisiana residents and their families,” says Bill Jackson, president, Building Efficiency, Johnson Controls.

Does the test of the Ten Commandments really stand today? When the Lord Jesus Christ said to love God, and to love thy neighbour, was He not in fact summarising the first four & last six of the Ten Commandments?
