Santa isn’t just sliding down the chimney this year! To bridge the gap between Easter and Christmas, 20 PEEPS® Santas hopped through New York City spreading cheer and sweetness. The journey of the Santas culminated with a choreographed dance to the tune of the “Bunny Hop” and the distribution of samples of candy-cane-inspired PEEPS® Candy Cane marshmallow treats.
The hopping Santas began at Rockefeller Plaza and hopped about the city, stopping at Times Square, and outside Radio City Music Hall, finally gathering for a special event that had spectators jumping with joy.

Edvard Munch was born in 1863, and 2013 marks the Norwegian artist’s 150th jubilee. The height of the celebration is the anniversary exhibition «Munch 150». Twin Reticulated Giraffes, the only living set of twins in the United States, celebrated their 1-year milestone birthday on May 10. The first-born female calf, Wasswa, has grown 4.5 feet and has gained 465 pounds. The second-born male calf, Nakato, has grown 4 feet and has gained 400 pounds.
