This July 4th, America’s national Independence Day celebration will kick off the festivities for our country’s 238th birthday with an all-star salute led by our country’s favorite host, two-time Emmy Award-winning television personality Tom Bergeron (DANCING WITH THE STARS). Broadcast live on PBS from the West Lawn of the U.S. Capitol, the event will feature performances by: Rock and Roll Hall of Famer Frankie Valli; Grammy Award-winning music legend Patti LaBelle; platinum recording artist and songwriter Philip Phillips; multi-platinum recording artist and actress Jordin Sparks; the world-famous Muppets; five-time Grammy Award-winning singer and songwriter Michael McDonald; country music superstar Sara Evans; singer-songwriter Kendall Schmidt from BIG TIME RUSH and HEFFRON DRIVE; and five-time Tony Award nominee and Broadway star Kelli O’Hara; with the National Symphony Orchestra under the direction of top pops conductor Jack Everly.

She also did motion capture for the new game by the makers of Guitar Hero called Rockband. Characters in the game are based on her movement! A wonderful musician and friend of mine has recently departed from our world and is now starting his new life under God's great care and guidance. Nikos will do very well in Heaven and will even delight the angels with his goodwill and music. "I am reaching out to you now from this world Nikos to present you with my gift of this song for you. The melody came to me immediate in my grief. Now with great joy, I embrace you as my eternal friend. There is no end for you now my friend Nikos. Only eternal bliss and fulfillment..... The simplistic video serves as a very appropriate accompaniment to Fiona's pop-synth sounds. Featuring Fiona with her lover spending time on the beach, the video tinges with a bright, energetic vibe. Fiona herself wears a headpiece and is radiant in her array of colorful dresses.

Powered by the Toyota Corolla, these artists will share their journey through real-time social media content. The series, “Musica y Destinos con Toyota,” kicked-off on Friday, July 31 with Becky G (@iambeckyg) sharing her musical experience at Lollapalooza at Grant Park in Chicago. The iconic festival featured a diverse range of musical acts, including Paul McCartney, Sam Smith and Metallica.
During the three-day event, Becky G met with Gogol Bordello, a Gypsy-punk band known for their authentic energy and theatrical stage shows. Highlights from the meet and greet were shared via Facebook @ToyotaLatino and @BeckyG, and Twitter @iambeckyg. The artist also captured short videos of her adventure through her story on Snapchat, available to followers.
