Telemundo announced the premiere of the series based on the true story of La Diva de la Banda, “Jenni Rivera: Mariposa de Barrio” on Tuesday, June 27 at 8 pm/7c. The series is the latest Telemundo bio-musical series and stars Angélica Celaya, Samadhi Zendejas and Gabriel Porras. Written by Rossana Negrin, “Jenni Rivera: Mariposa de Barrio,” is a story that highlights the most important events in Jenni Rivera’s life and serves as a source of inspiration, optimism and empowerment for the Hispanic community in the United States.

An immersive experience, Yayoi Kusama, named after the iconic artist, features two installations, Infinity Mirrored Room: Aftermath of Obliteration of Eternity and Narcissus Garden. Both artworks showcase Kusama’s exploration of infinite space.

On the eve of his 16th birthday, Greyson McCluskey from Indian Trail, North Carolina was named the national winner of Wouldn’t It Be Cool If…, a campaign jointly presented by Time Warner Cable’s philanthropic science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) initiative, Connect a Million Minds, and i.am FIRST, founded by artist, entertainer and entrepreneur will.i.am. Greyson McCluskey, an honor student and aspiring architect, developed his Baby Safe Rider – a mechanism for toddler car seats that would detect the onset of heightened temperatures in babies – as a way to address the rising incidents of vehicular Hyperthermia fatalities in the U.S. Greyson was inspired to create the Baby Safe Rider after the recent birth of his cousin.
