A security company in Ghana has boxes of $192 million dollars to give to you, deposited by Sheriff Kagame of Darfur.
Marshall Rowdy Hawkins, waiting outside Area 51, the secret military complex in the Nevada desert, is receiving his share of the money. He wants to help the Sheriff, along with Barack Obama, to “Spread The Wealth”.
