And as with all weight training exercises slow and steady movements will allow you to work all of the targeted muscles to their fullest. Resist the temptation to move up in weight until you can perform the exercise with the proper technique.

All guys want bigger arms and the one arm preacher curl is a fantastic exercise that isolates the bicep muscle one arm at a time.
The one downside to the one arm preacher curl is that you'll most likely have to go to a gym to perform the exercise. Because your elbow rests on a sloped bench to perform the exercise it is unlikely you'll have this available at home. I wouldn't recommend you join a gym just to do this one exercise but if your serious about weight training and getting fit joining a gym is a must.

John P. Holdren, PhD, Director of the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy and Assistant to the President, will be a featured speaker at VA’s Research Week Forum April 26. The Forum, to be held at VA Central Office in Washington D.C., is part of the Department’s annual Research Week celebration. Dr. Joel Kupersmith, Chief Research and Development Officer, will provide opening remarks and serve as Forum moderator.
