According to the Department of Transportation’s National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), more than a third of children under age 13 who died in passenger vehicle crashes in 2011 were not in car seats or wearing seat belts. An analysis of trends by Experian, the leading global information services company, shows that mortgage originations have increased by 10 percent from a year ago. More important, a look at the most recent completed quarter shows a 29 percent increase in home purchases from the prior quarter and a decrease in the number of refinances, suggesting a sustained recovery is beginning to come from purchases. These findings and others were part of the quarterly analysis from Experian that examines real-estate trends.

One of the most important questions people ask is, how large of a picture light do I need? It's important to remember that there are general guidelines but no hard and fast rules. The general guideline for traditional picture lights that have a two inch diameter shade, such as these House of Troy antique brass picture lights, is that the light should be at least half the width of the image you are trying to illuminate. Meaning that if you have a 20 inch wide image, you need at least a 10 inch wide picture light.
