The Verizon Innovative App Challenge - the no-coding-skills-needed contest that gives middle and high school students a chance to bring their problem-solving app ideas to life - is back! In its fourth year, the App Challenge calls students to gather teams, dream up ideas, and create concepts for mobile apps that could solve problems in their schools and communities. For the first time, the App Challenge will be open to teams representing non-profit organizations in addition to schools, and even more students will earn free tablets and cash awards for the groups they represent. The deadline for submission is Nov. 24, and the winners will be named in January 2016. Bill Nye, the Science Guy, is helping Verizon to encourage students nationwide to submit their ideas and to organize their teams now. Created by the Verizon Foundation in partnership with the Technology Student Association, the App Challenge offers hands-on, experiential learning to ultimately help students envision brighter futures for themselves that they may never have imagined, as business owners, app inventors and professional coders. Slow hands - Niall Horan, is one of the coolest songs! So i thought i would do an acoustic cover of slow hands for you guys.... you also voted for it on Facebook & insta! :P Now one direction is done this bloke is making a good go of it solo, trying to change his image and look, so yeah good luck to him. The slow hands lyrics are simple but very direct which i think is cool, I seen him perform on The Voice Australia and he nailed it as well so my respect is growing for this guy, Capitol know how to back a winner. My Acoustic version is not the best but i gave this cover a good so, so i hope you enjoy! Watch the video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WYJ4Sqc0lwk

Here is a great multi-camera video that was filmed, edited and produced for us on location in various areas of the South Bay of Los Angeles, CA by MacCee . With an HD Video, JAK FROST is a very creative, very much upward bound and hard hitting Hard rock/Metal band that is very ably helmed by Michael De Laurentiis the guitarist/ vocalist/founder. Mike Mohr is the bass player and Ian Michaels is the drummer. Both are very able and excellent musicians who bring their own wealth of experience, talent, and creativity with them. With a volatile mixture on many fronts going for them, many dimensions and many facets are brought to and explored in the furtherance of the hard rock genre as they understand it. Who's that guy in the monk outfit with those eyes in the opening and closing beach shot sequences? Why, that's Michael. Also, be on the lookout for the Goodyear blimp flying in the background of one of the beach shot chorus sequences featuring Michael, Michael's excellent acoustic guitar solo in another of the beach shot sequences, and for the Pelicans diving into the ocean in the closing beach shot sequence in the distance of that monk walking towards the water's edge. Be sure to check out our Website and our Facebook Page (which is found listed in the credits at the end of the video).
