Dubai Fountain is a record-setting choreographed fountain system set on
the 30-acre manmade Burj Khalifa Lake, at the center of the Downtown
Dubai development in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It was designed by
WET Design, the California-based company responsible for the fountains
at the Bellagio Hotel Lake in Las Vegas. Illuminated by 6,600 lights
and 25 colored projectors, it is 275 m (902 ft) long and shoots water
150 m (490 ft) into the air (equivalent to a 50-story building),
accompanied by a range of classical to contemporary Arabic and world
music. It was built at a cost of AED 800 million (USD 218 million) and
attracts thousands of tourists on a daily basis.

For an audience of 300 at the New York Stock Exchange, including members of the New York Cosmos and New York Red Bulls, the America SCORES 7th Annual National Poetry SLAM! featured poetry performances by 27 elementary school children from 14 cities. While the total number of infected individuals is unknown due to a lack of available data, the World Health Organization (WHO) estimates that approximately 150 million people globally are currently living with the blood-borne infectious disease, HCV. Of these, up to two thirds will develop chronic liver disease and one in five will develop cirrhosis. HCV is also the leading cause of liver transplantation worldwide and in the US the disease now accounts for more deaths than HIV.
