On Sunday, September 25, Kohl’s Department Stores presented the 13th Annual Susan G. Komen Southeast Wisconsin Race for the Cure. Kohl’s once again had the largest team for this year’s race and fielded the largest team in the history of the Susan G. Komen Southeast Wisconsin Race for the Cure, with more than 5,000 team members – more than double the size of last year’s team.

Susan G. Komen Knoxville readies the finish line for the 2014 Race for the Cure on October 18th at World’s Fair Park.
This year’s “Do You Tutu?” theme will attract a variety of pink tutus to the race. Komen Knoxville launched this theme to bring a sense of hope and happiness to the families, supporters and survivors battling breast cancer.

Mountain Marathon Madness. As a run up to Asia's longest running high altitude marathon. King of the Hills held time trials to seperate the weak from the strong. King Cobra, America’s first cobra-themed, racing tube slide, today bares its venomous fangs at Six Flags Hurricane Harbor.
King Cobra’s unique configuration enables two tubes to race through a circular path with twists, turns and surprises through enclosed and open sections of the slide at speeds up to 32 miles per hour. The ride’s finale features a sudden, 25-foot plunge at a 50-degree angle with riders racing until the heart-pounding finish as they appear to be swallowed by the massive jaws of the cobra.
