For example, guests this summer are loving Audubon Aquarium’s Parakeet Point — set against the backdrop of the Mississippi River right at the foot of world-famous Canal Street, where hundreds of parakeets flock and fly and interact with guests. Visitors are invited to purchase a feed stick for a dollar and feed these personable birds. There are 800 birds in the exhibit, which opened to rave reviews this past spring.

There was much more to watch and celebrate yesterday than the big game. Thousands of football-themed costumed pets and their owners took to the streets of the Soulard neighborhood in St. Louis Sunday, Feb. 3 to join the huge tail gate party and march in the 20th annual Beggin’® Pet Parade.
Annually attracting more than 8,000 pets and 80,000 people, the Beggin’ Pet Parade is one of the largest pet parades in the world. The parade holds the Guinness World Records™ for “Most Dogs in Costumed Attire,” achieved during the 2012 parade.

Pretty much the kitchen sink with everything that I've been learning since listening to Electronic, Ambient and Dub-step music to put together my home made Electronic stew with just a pinch of paprika. Disasters like floods, hurricanes, wildfires, tornadoes, and earthquakes are a harsh and frequent reality for much of the country. According to a recent survey conducted by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), progress has been made; however fewer than half of Americans have discussed and developed an emergency plan with their household.
Today, FEMA and the Ad Council launched a new series of public service announcements (PSAs) to encourage families to develop an emergency communication plan before a disaster occurs. An extension of the national Ready campaign, the new PSAs launch in conjunction with the 12th annual National Preparedness Month, serving as a reminder to take action to prepare for the types of hazards that could impact where you live, work, and vacation.
