Currently sitting proudly at the Number One spot in the Hype Machine Twitter Music Chart, “Living The Dream” is the forthcoming single from West London Alt Rockers Calling All Astronauts, the fifth and final single from their second album Anti-Social Network. Released via all major download sites on August 25th, Living The Dream is a dark anthem with a massively uplifting chorus. It talks about how the grass isn’t always greener on the other side and that if people are happy with their life, they should learn to be content rather than striving to be something that aren’t. This week a memorial tribute was held at Hong Kong�s art colony, Cattle Depot, for Wong Ka Kui. He is a widely loved and remembered musical icon in Hong Kong�s collective memory. Raga Khambaj by RANJAN MAHARAJ. Ranjan Maharaj is one of the rare talented unparallel traditional Sitar players of India. He is presently a regular artist of All India Radio (A.I.R). His real name is Ranjan Roy,but he was honoured with the title \'Maharaj\' meaning The King. This video was recorded at The Dyol Music Festival,Singapore,Little India.This is an editted version to fit in youtube.com, as because this video was a three hours long continuous Sitar play by Ranjan Maharaj.
This raga Khammaj, is played in a very rare exotic style,which is specially boldly wittnessed during the last few minutes of the video.
