The rollers dodged rabbits and wrestlers to fly high fly and fall hard all day long. But smooth was the order of busines as these skaters caught air and slid fine into the evening. Mountain Marathon Madness. As a run up to Asia's longest running high altitude marathon. King of the Hills held time trials to seperate the weak from the strong. Save The Children held a conference to decide how best to shape the next ten years of volunteer activity in the UK. It was exciting and challenging. This is a short report of what happened.

The United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) recently released its list of the World’s Top 15 Model Cities for Best Practices in Tourism. Hangzhou, China was included in the list for its innovative efforts in the protection and development of as well as continuous investment in the city’s historical and cultural resources.
In December 2016, UNWTO created an award recognizing the 15 cities worldwide considered by the organization as examples to emulate when it come to the adoption of best practices in tourism, among its 193 member countries. UNWTO plans to expand the best practices applied by the winners in other global destination cities. UNWTO selected 15 winners based on the results of a survey and a performance evaluation program conducted by a panel of judges at a special evaluation meeting held in September 2017.

Denn der Lkw-Fahrer wurde selbst in einen Unfall verwickelt, als eine Frau die Kontrolle über ihr Fahrzeug verlor und gegen seinen Lkw prallte. Dennoch behielt der 34-Jährige einen kühlen Kopf und befreite die junge Mutter und ihr 15 Monate altes Kleinkind aus dem brennenden Pkw. Ohne das couragierte Zupacken des Bayern wäre der Unfall vermutlich tödlich ausgegangen. Für seinen selbstlosen Einsatz wurde Appelmann zum „Held der Straße 2012\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\

Held in the gallery at The Art Institute of Pittsburgh, Kozar’s creations include an assortment of Pittsburgh inspired artwork and a mixture of pieces ranging from 3D exhibits to life-size sculptures, fun framed displays and even a larger-than-life, 14-foot tall Tyrannosaurus Rex, the school’s beloved mascot. Kozar’s answer to the question, “How would you share one million Pop-Tarts®?” won him the grand prize in the Pop-Tarts® Pop-it-Forward™ Contest, which culminated last December.
