Nick Jonas celebrated the unveiling of the specialty retailer’s 2014 Holiday Windows. This event marked the 100th anniversary of Lord & Taylor’s iconic Fifth Avenue building.
Nick Jonas joined the retailer in unveiling the windows and performed two traditional holiday songs as well as two songs from his recently released self-titled solo debut, including his chart-topping single and radio hit, “Jealous”. Following his performance, Nick Jonas made an in-store appearance, where he took photos with customers and handed out signed copies of his recently released self-titled album.

Centennial College's Heavy Duty Equipment Technician is a two-year program in which students spend the first eight months in school, eight months in co-op as a registered apprentice and a final eight months in school. A BLACK+DECKER survey finds that more than half of homeowners (52 percent) in the United States currently have unfinished home improvement projects, while the vast majority of them (78.7 percent) have two or more incomplete projects. The survey finds that time is the biggest factor in leaving a project incomplete.

In its 25th year, Toyota’s annual Opportunity Exchange (OE) has resulted in more than $250 million in contracts for M/WBEs.
The two-day event – which included best-practice seminars, panel discussions and a trade show – concluded Tuesday, Oct. 28, at the Duke Energy Convention Center in downtown Cincinnati. Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing North America (TEMA) started OE with about 100 attendees, and it has grown to become one of the largest minority business events in the country – attracting nearly 2,000 people who attend the event free of charge.
