With visually impressive and intricately designed wall lanterns, outdoor-rated ceiling fans, landscape lighting, deck lighting and more, you’ll find everything your outdoor setting needs.
When planning for outdoor lighting, finish durability and product functionality are equally as important as design. Kichler’s outdoor solutions are engineered specifically for wet and damp locations. If you live on the coast with consistent salt spray, in the arid, sun drenched southwest or in the wide temperature and weather variances experienced in the northern states, long-lasting and durable finishes are vital. Select Kichler collections feature the Climates™ material to withstand the harsh elements – salt air, intense heat and cold or constant ultraviolet (UV) exposure.

For two decades, Chateau Ste. Michelle’s Artist Series wines have celebrated the inspired collaboration between artisan winemaking and fine art. To commemorate the 20th vintage, Chateau Ste. Michelle is partnering with Dale Chihuly, the first artist to present artwork on the Artist Series label with the 1993 vintage. The 2012 Artist Series featuring Chihuly will release nationally in August with a suggested retail price of $65.
The Artist Series red blend is a unique, collector’s wine that represents the highest quality and pedigree from Chateau Ste. Michelle. Each Artist Series vintage features the work of renowned artists on the label, from blown glass to bronze sculptures to paint on canvas.
“I’m honored to have my artwork on the 20th vintage Artist Series label,” says Chihuly. “This piece is one-of-a-kind and very special to me. I couldn’t think of a better use than portraying it on this significant wine project.”
For the 20th vintage label, Chihuly selected his Cast Silver Venetian. This unique sculpture was created by Chihuly, and then cast in sterling silver at the Walla Walla Foundry in Washington State. Inspired by Italian Art Deco, Chihuly started his Venetian series in 1988 with Italian glassblower Lino Tagliapietra. Chihuly is known for his artwork and ambitious architectural installations around the world in museums, historic cities and gardens.

Calling All Astronauts
Living The Dream
Released 25/8/17 Via Supersonic Media
Currently sitting proudly at the Number One spot in the Hype Machine Twitter Music Chart, “Living The Dream” is the forthcoming single from West London Alt Rockers Calling All Astronauts, the fifth and final single from their second album Anti-Social Network. Released via all major download sites on August 25th, Living The Dream is a dark anthem with a massively uplifting chorus. It talks about how the grass isn’t always greener on the other side and that if people are happy with their life, they should learn to be content rather than striving to be something that aren’t. The accompanying video marries footage on London at night, photos of the homeless and some crazy astronauts images, creating a juxta position between living the dream and the harsh reality of life for many. https://youtu.be/whnaGv--h6c2017 has been yet another fantastic year so far for CAA, their singles “Life As We Know It” and “Divisive” both of which received consider radio play globally, and they have made considerable inroads into the recording of their as yet untitled third album.

What does it look like to really live a full life – one that enriches and satisfies, that provides happiness and enables achievement? Abbott is talking to one million people worldwide to find out. And the answers aren’t as simple as you would think.
Does living fully look the same to an accountant in Shanghai as it does to an architect in New Delhi or a street artist in São Paulo? What about a factory worker in Detroit or a new mother in Berlin? In today’s hyperconnected world that is pulling us together in so many ways, how do our cultural differences, life experiences and personalities influence what it means to live a full life?
Early in this quest we’re seeing preliminary trends, like the role health plays in a full life in Shanghai and the importance of family in New York. We’ll have to see if this is confirmed as we go global with our research. The one thing that is becoming apparent is just how personal it gets when we talk to people about life.
This global quest is at the heart of what our company does—finding answers that have helped people live healthier, better lives for more than 125 years.

An estimated 4,000 new production solar homes were built in California last year, ten times the number built just seven years ago during the housing construction boom. When a child is diagnosed with cancer, their family is presented with treatment options – often a combination of surgery, radiation and chemotherapy. Radiation and chemotherapy have been used to treat kids’ cancers for more than 50 years and often come with long-term late effects including secondary cancers, heart damage and cognitive issues. Often a child’s best chance at survival is a clinical trial which offers them the newest treatment options available.
In recognition of Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, the St. Baldrick’s Foundation will highlight the critical need to fund lifesaving research and share stories of kids affected by cancer – like Micah, who is alive today because there was a clinical trial available.
