Startup or big player – which is more flexible, more agile, better? Over 400 startups have
come to Hannover to link up with big multinational corporations. We visited them at the
CeBIT show to find out who is learning from whom, and what new initiatives are emerging.
In celebration of the second annual “Beverly Hills Dog Show Presented by Purina,” a show that will combine the stars of Hollywood with the stars of the dog world, Purina invites pet lovers across the globe to share the positive impact dogs make in our lives through its “Every Dog is a Star” program.
Dog owners are encouraged to log onto Facebook, Twitter or Instagram to post photos or videos showing how their dog is the true star of the family. For every original post submitted between March 26-April 8, using the hashtag #BHDogShow and tagging @Purina, Purina will donate five dollars (up to $25,000) to Mutt-i-grees, a program run by North Shore Animal League America. Mutt-i-grees helps show children the positive impact pets can have on their lives by teaching them important life skills such as empathy, friendship and kindness through interaction with shelter dogs. Purina and the Mutt-i-grees program share the belief that pets and people are better together and are committed to providing opportunities where these relationships can grow. The funds will be used to help expand the program to additional schools around the country.

The Honda Accord, Volvo XC60 and the Lincoln Navigator were crowned as the winners of the 2018 North American Car, Utility and Truck of the Year (NACTOY) awards today at the North American International Auto Show.
The awards are among the most prestigious in the industry because they are chosen by a panel of more than 60 jurors from print, online and broadcast media across the United States and Canada. Votes were tallied confidentially by Deloitte LLP and remained sealed until they were announced today by NACTOY officers, President Mark Phelan, Vice President Matt DeLorenzo and Secretary-Treasurer Lauren Fix at Cobo Center in Detroit.

Istanbul Autoshow 2015 is held at TUYAP Fair, Convention and Congress Center on May 22-31 and automobile enthusiasts will meet the “new wonders of the world”
Istanbul Autoshow 2015, organized jointly by ODD (Automotive Distributors' Association) and TUYAP Tüm Fuarcılık Yapım A.Ş., was held at TUYAP Fair, Convention and Congress Center at Beylikdüzü between 22 and 31 May 2015, and more than 60 new models were introduced to car enthusiasts for the first time in Turkey. Among these new models, two of them celebrated their world premiers at the Istanbul Autoshow. TUYAP hosted the Autoshow in its 14 halls on a total indoor area of 120,000 square meters, presenting automotive enthusiasts the new wonders of the world: the latest car models.

Kia Motors America (KMA) today unveiled the 2017 Kia Optima Hybrid (HEV) at the Chicago Auto Show. The Optima HEV enjoys the same full redesign – inside and out – as the conventional gas-powered model, the all-new fourth-generation Optima sedan, bringing with it a new hybrid powertrain that targets a 10 percent improvement in fuel economy over the outgoing model. Clayton, one of America's largest builders of manufactured and modular homes, is proud to announce that it is being featured on the new show “Breakneck Builds” to showcase some of its customized modular homes for the debut season.
The series features a total of six different Clayton Built™ homes throughout Season One. Clayton interviewed two of the six families after filming commenced to give a behind-the-scenes look at the homes and the families living in them. Volvo Cars, the premium car maker, has announced that the new XC60 SUV – which will be revealed at the Geneva Motor Show – will feature three new advanced driver assistance features aimed at keeping the driver out of trouble.
The new safety features are designed to provide the driver with automatic steering assistance or support – when required – to help avoid potential collisions. Volvo believes that these new features will make the new XC60 one of the safest cars on the road.
