The Film will be made despite unusual negative interest outside of the film industry while most of the original Production team mysteriously left without reason. Volcanic Action host for Luxuria Music and Los Angeles native Domenic Priore has 20 years of experience in TV and film production. In college, he began his career by producing his own public access TV show, It's Happening!, a tribute to 1960's dance shows like Shindig! and Ready, Steady, Go!
Priore has worked as a writer and producer for Paramount Television, and has served as a source, fact checker, commentator, writer and/or director for several subsequent projects (including Rock 'n' Roll for PBS in 1995). Currently, he is developing a long-form documentary about Hollywood's famed Sunset Strip. Domenic is also an accomplished writer specializing in pop culture and music. He is the author of Beatsville (Outre Gallery Press), Smile: The Story of Brian Wilson's Lost Masterpiece (Sanctuary Publishing) and Riot on Sunset Strip: Rock 'n' Roll's Last Stand in Hollywood (Backbeat UK/Jawbone, June 2007).

Roadside Romeo is a forthcoming Bollywood animated film that will have Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor lend their voices to animated characters for the first time. Written and directed by debutante Jugal Hansraj, who acted in films such as Mohabbatein (2000) and Salaam Namaste (2005), this will be the first animated film that is an India-U.S. co-production of Yash Raj Films and Walt Disney Pictures. The film will utilize state-of-the-art computer-animation technology done entirely in India as well as feature music, dances, songs and romance just like any other film produced by Yash Raj Films. Roadside Romeo is scheduled to release on October 24, 2008 and will be produced by Aditya Chopra and Yash Chopra under Yash Raj Films.
