Today, international humanitarian organization Concern Worldwide US launched the Your Dollar Our Future campaign to raise money to rebuild schools, hire teachers, and supply materials to repair the damaged education infrastructure in Haiti. The campaign coincides with American children starting a new school year after the summer holiday and is supported by celebrity “All Stars,” including Gabriel Byrne, Usain Bolt, NFL quarterback Charles Tillman, Brendan Fraser, Damien McGinty, Jon Secada, Jeffrey Donovan, Giuliana Rancic, Renee Oldstead, Cassie Scerbo, and Gabrielle Beauvais, to name a few, who have joined Concern to help bring education to earthquake-affected children in Haiti. The campaign will be formally launched at the Clinton Global Initiative Annual Meeting in New York City.

During a biking race, two bikers get tangled and begin to fight ontop of a bridge. Just as the winner gets going again, a spectating fan gets upset, tackles and then throws the cheating bicyclist over a bridge to a cold lake below. Talk about getting your panties in a wad! Vitamin Bee, LLC today announced a new collaboration with the Bayer Bee Care Program through its “Vitamin Bee®” character to help promote the Feed a Bee initiative, bee advocacy and healthy nutrition awareness for children.
Created by veteran director and animator Geoffrey Kater, Vitamin Bee is the central character in a nutrition education program that encourages kids to eat nutritious foods and empowers them to make healthy lifestyle choices. Their approach is to teach children and have fun while doing it, with the help of a dynamic animated character, as well as an entire curriculum that entertains and educates through the use of videos, quizzes, activity sheets, games and hands-on lessons.
