Fifteen-year-old Chengo Chewe from Lusaka, Zambia, has turned his life around through the Children International Youth Program. Raised in an extremely volatile community, he lost his father at a young age; few expected him to escape this terrible cycle of poverty and violence. Yet, in 2009, 12-year-old Chengo participated in the United Nations International Youth Day in New York City. Today, Chengo is in high school and plans to study political science in college. His biggest dream? Returning to the United Nations as a diplomat.
Chengo credits Children International for the positive track his life has taken. “I would like to say thank you to Children International for the opportunities they have given me, the opportunities that have opened in my life.”

http://debbiewilliams.tv/ I've stopped binge eating but I now feel every emotion. How can I feel better now that my binge eating behaviour is changing for the better.
This is a common occurrence when binge eaters or over eaters stop overeating all of a sudden they have a space where they would of binged to mask an emotion but now their desire to binge has gone but they are left with feeling the raw emotion and it can feel uncomfortable.
Birmingham hypnotherapist Debbie Williams talks about how you can handle emotions and grow from them to help you to feel better and leave unhelpful thoughts and feelings in the past along with the binge eating.

Girl: I\\\'ve been wondering… where do websites come from?
Mom: Hmm. Well, when two people are in love with each other, they want to express their love in a way that everyone can see. And that\\\'s when they make a website.
Girl: But how do they do it?
Dad: We wanted to save this talk for when you were older, but since you\\\'re asking… When a mom and dad know they want to create a new baby website, they put the kids to bed early, turn off all the lights… and log onto FreeWebsite.com.
Mom: Yes, then they just decide what kind of website they want and they\\\'re done! The stork will bring the new-born website within 48 hours.
Girl: Oh, now I understand! Is that how babies are made too?
