Debbie Azar knows a lot about diamonds. She is the Co-Founder of Gemological Science International (GSI), an independent organization with a global footprint that combines state-of-the-art technology with deep professional expertise.
She is passionate about her favorite subject. For example, when asked what is most important thing to consider when buying a diamond, she is quick to answer, “First and foremost you should love the diamond. A diamond should “speak” to you.”
Even if you’ve fallen head over heels with a diamond, it’s important to do your homework. A diamond is an important purchase and you should understand its value and make certain to authenticate that value.

"Yaşamın mümkün olabilmesi için dünyamız "Goldilocks bölgesi" adı verilen mükemmel bir noktada bulunmaktadır. Güneşe çok yakın olsaydık pişerdik, çok uzak olsak donardık. Yaşamımızı mümkün kılmak için dünya bu belirli yörüngesine insan üstü bir güç tarafından yerleştirilmiş olmalı". Yaratılışçılar bunu yıllardır söylüyor. Bakalım artık söyleyebilecekler mi.

Consumers who choose a 2017 TOP SAFETY PICK+ award winner shouldn’t have trouble seeing the road on nighttime drives. Good or acceptable ratings in the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety’s new headlight evaluations set the latest crop of qualifiers apart. Thirty-eight models earn the “plus” accolade, and 44 earn TOP SAFETY PICK.
IIHS toughened the criteria for TOP SAFETY PICK+ to reflect new headlight evaluations launched in 2016. The recognition program is meant to encourage manufacturers to offer state-of-the-art protection for people in crashes, along with features that help drivers avoid crashes in the first place. In addition to good or acceptable headlights, the latter includes automatic braking technology, which has been part of the criteria since 2015.
For both awards, models must earn good ratings in the Institute’s small overlap front, moderate overlap front, side, roof strength and head restraint tests, as well as an advanced or superior rating for front crash prevention with standard or optional autobrake. Headlights are factored in only for the top award.
İsra Suresi 97: "Allah kime hidayet verirse, işte doğru yolu bulan odur; kimi de hidayetten uzak tutarsa, artık onlara, Allah'tan başka dostlar bulamazsın. "
The charm of Paris, the European capital of culture and fashion, is well established. Its splendid monuments bear witness to the history of France and the expertise of its greatest architects. Its beautiful streets lined with high-end shops and art galleries continue to make Paris one of the most popular destinations in the world.
Some Paris neighbourhoods, such as the famous ‘Golden Triangle ’are very popular with foreign visitors.
However, many French and international personalities from business, politics or showbiz choose lesser-known districts, where discretion and luxury go hand-in-hand.
Neuilly-sur-Seine is the perfect example, located just ten minutes from the most beautiful avenue in the world : the Champs Elysees.

Snap those selfies, head to the mountains, and don’t break the bank. Those are just three insights into how deeper vacation memories are formed from a first-of-its-kind study released today by the world leader in vacation rentals, HomeAway®.
The unprecedented examination of more than 700 summer vacationers found that those who take photographs and selfies remember their vacations 40 percent better than their less snap-happy counterparts. That said, there are limits: Those who spent more than two hours using phones and other devices were 26 percent less likely to remember vacation details. Perhaps most surprisingly, the study revealed that the amount of money spent on a vacation has no effect on its memorability, among numerous other actionable findings.

The FCBARCELONA PHOTO AWARDS are sports-themed awards, aimed at top-class artists that use photography as a creative vehicle, as well as professional photographers and photojournalists that see sports as a way of artistic expression.
Knowing that FC Barcelona has launched these awards, the first question that arises in our mind is why is a football club organizing a photo competition like this?
It is normal that the initiative causes a certain effect of surprise. A priori, it is difficult to understand why a football club wants to take part in areas that may seem so remote from the world of football such as culture, art and education.

Oklahoma State University (OSU) and the New York Philharmonic announced a residency partnership marking the opening of the new McKnight Center for the Performing Arts at OSU in October, 2019. The partnership is made possible in part by the visionary $25 million programming gift to OSU by alumni Billie and Ross McKnight. The McKnights’ gift established a program endowment to benefit all students, faculty and the Stillwater community by bringing top-tier residency programs and performances to OSU.
In addition to multiple New York Philharmonic performances at the McKnight Center conducted by future New York Philharmonic Music Director Jaap van Zweden, the residency partnership will include educational opportunities for OSU students with Philharmonic musicians and management, such as masterclasses, audition workshops and lectures. Every season the Philharmonic reaches millions of people through concerts at Lincoln Center in New York, worldwide tours, educational activities and outreach. The partnership with OSU adds to the Philharmonic’s growing list of educational partnerships throughout the U.S. and world, which includes the University Musical Society at the University of Michigan and New York Philharmonic Global Academy partnerships with Santa Barbara’s Music Academy of the West, The Shepherd School at Rice University and the Shanghai Symphony Orchestra.
