STOUFFER’S FIT KITCHEN, creator of protein-packed, premium-quality frozen meals, once again teamed up with baseball stars Kris Bryant of Chicago and Kansas City’s Mike Moustakas to host the Fit City Takeover, an interactive day of fun that celebrated all the ways people incorporate fitness into their everyday lives.
STOUFFER’S FIT KITCHEN took over Phoenix elevating one of America’s favorite pastimes, recreational softball, surprising Arizona State University students with guest coaches for the day – Kris Bryant and Mike Moustakas. Nestlé today celebrated the grand opening of its new Nestlé Research & Development Center in Solon, Ohio, and marked the completion of a $50 million, two-year project to establish this global center dedicated to transforming the way the world enjoys frozen and chilled foods. Now that spring is here, flooding will be a major concern for many parts of the country.
The Northeast and Midwest received an abundance of snow this winter. Boston alone received more than 108 inches, making 2014-2015 the snowiest season in the city’s history. April showers bring May flowers but it also brings the potential for water in your basement. One of the worst experiences a homeowner can have is a backed-up sewer or drain filling the basement with foul-smelling water and sewage. Following years of trying to expand their family, Lisa and James Park of Raleigh, NC were named the winning family in Ferring Pharmaceuticals’ 2014 Heart to Heart Video Contest. This marks the tenth year Ferring has provided educational grants through patient contests, giving parents who have struggled with infertility the chance to win thousands of dollars for their child’s education by sharing their story.
Lisa and James’ rollercoaster journey to parenthood included multiple rounds of in vitro fertilization (IVF), intrauterine insemination (IUI) and a frozen embryo transfer. They hope that by sharing their story and video, they can help raise awareness about infertility and provide hope for others facing similar struggles.
