According to a recent survey, active adults aren’t slowing down. The survey found that 62 percent of adults ages 30-49 continue to work out as much – and with the same or more intensity – as they did in their 20s. NBA All-Star Paul George was only 6-years-old when his mother Paulette suffered a stroke that left her practically bedridden for two years. Today, Paulette remains partially paralyzed on the left side of her body.
