MINI TAKES THE STATES 2016 (MTTS), the eagerly anticipated two-week cross-country rally for MINI owners and enthusiasts, kicked off this weekend in Atlanta, GA. In recognition of their extraordinary accomplishments in furthering NASA’s mission of exploration and discovery, veteran astronauts Brian Duffy and Scott Parazynski have been selected for induction into the elite United States Astronaut Hall of Fame®. The announcement was made today at Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex by Dan Brandenstein, Hall of Fame astronaut and board chairman of the Astronaut Scholarship Foundation, which oversees the induction selection process.
Duffy and Parazynski will be officially inducted into the Hall of Fame at Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex beginning with the Astronaut Scholarship Foundation Gala on the evening of May 13 and culminating with a public ceremony on May 14 at 2 p.m. that will be attended by a roster of astronaut legends.
Both Duffy and Parazynski make up the 15th group of space shuttle astronauts to be inducted into the Hall of Fame and both flew aboard the Space Shuttle Atlantis, which is now located at the visitor complex and will be the site of the induction ceremony in May. Adding the two veteran astronauts to the Hall of Fame will bring the total number of astronauts inducted to 93.

ATA Karate For Kids is a specialized program created exclusively for children. The Karate for Kids program includes two age groups. Pre-school karate for kids classes are for children ages 3-6 and the karate for kids classes for children ages 7 through 12. In an appliance industry first, LG Electronics transformed its LG InstaView™ refrigerators into musical instruments as part of a series of surprise musical performances for thousands of consumers at Westfield World Trade Center in the Oculus – one of the nation’s busiest transit and shopping destinations. Hosting a four stateroom layout plus crew quarters, The Rock can sleep up to eight guest and two crew. Walking onto the aft deck provides outdoor dining with seating for eight and easy access to the fly-bridge or extended swim platform.
Upon entering the main salon you will immediately notice a large leather U shaped settee to starboard and port with a drop down projection screen TV. The high gloss cherry and burl wood throughout is an added bonus showing off the yachts finish. Forward of the settee is a wet bar to port with stool for two and day-head.
The dining table can seat eight guest with a large custom cherry table to match. Forward of the dining table is access to the raised pilothouse as well as to the forward galley and separate crew quarters with a shower and head.
The starboard staircase leads to the two guest staterooms all ensuite heads followed to the spacious Master Stateroom ensuite with a cedar lined walk in closet.
On the port side aft in the main salon is a stairwell down to the VIP stateroom and engine room.
