The first Meet the Media of 2015 was hosted at One Great George Street, the home of the Institute of Civil Engineers, and featured Simon Jack giving an insight into the workings of the Today programme.
Simon has worked across every outlet at the BBC, presenting business news on the one o'clock, six o'clock and ten o’clock news and as the face of BBC Breakfast’s business news. He is currently the Business and Economics Presenter on Radio 4's Today Programme.
The reach of the programme dwarfs that of national newspapers with an audience of 7 million. Simon hosts the business slot at 6.15am which is listened to by an audience of almost exclusively ABC1 professionals. Simon explained to the PR and communications professionals attending the event that this is the opportunity to “talk about issues that affect you and your clients”.

Out of thousands of high achieving Kumon Students from the United States, Canada, and Mexico, just 56 were selected to attend the second annual Kumon Student Conference in Calgary, Canada on July 18th. The invited students are studying at least three years above their grade level in math and/or reading at their respective Kumon Centers.
Attendees had the opportunity to learn from each other through a variety of enjoyable learning activities designed to foster team building, group discussion, critical thinking and creativity. In this unique learning environment, students heard from inspirational former Kumon Students who have completed the Kumon Program, some of whom are now successful professionals.

The largest Memorial Day observance in the United States happens on the beach in Honolulu, Hawaii with the Lantern Floating Hawaii 2015 ceremony, presented by Shinnyo-en, an international Buddhist community with Japanese roots, and the locally based Nā Lei Aloha Foundation. The ceremony takes place on Memorial Day, May 25, 2015. It is non-denominational and free to the public to attend. Well, this certainly break's my 1 song per month rule. I can't help it. Halloween's got me by the Candy Apples. Normally, I create the music first and then I make a video for it later but I didn't want to go through my video madness routine at the very end and so I did a little bit of this and a little bit of that and got it all wrapped up together at the same time. I didn't have the opportunity to take the song out for a test drive as I always take a cruise with my bro and we listen to it in his car and then later I make some adjustments at home. It sound's fine to me through my laptop and the video look's okay and so I'm just gonna upload it as is.

STOUFFER’S FIT KITCHEN took over Phoenix elevating one of America’s favorite pastimes, recreational softball, surprising Arizona State University students with guest coaches for the day – Kris Bryant and Mike Moustakas. Two intramural teams took their game a step closer to the big leagues as Bryant and Moustakas went head to head in a friendly rivalry, sharing advice with the collegiate teams and showing fans everyone has a different way of staying fit.
The Fit City takeover, also included a never-before-seen Fit City Course that was modeled after an actual city, featuring obstacles like a skyscraper climbing wall and stationary bike that lights up the Fit City course. After exhausting all of their energy during the softball game and taking on the Fit City Course, fans had the opportunity to try the different fit feats and fuel up on free STOUFFER’S FIT KITCHEN samples to get a taste of the meals Moustakas and Bryant have been enjoying this off-season.
