A las 10pm/9c se hará un recorrido por su vida personal y profesional a través de “Nuestros ídolos: Celia Cruz”. El martes, 13 de octubre, a las 7pm/6c se emitirá “Celia por Siempre”, seguido por el estreno de “Celia” (8pm/7c), la serie dramática que narra la vida y el legado musical de una mujer que lanzó su carrera en medio de la revolución cubana, en una era en que las cantantes femeninas no podían ocupar un lugar en los escenarios. Adicionalmente, TELEMUNDO rendirá un homenaje a la legendaria cantante cubana, Celia Cruz, con un tributo musical durante los primeros “Latin American Music Awards” en vivo desde el Dolby Theater en Los Ángeles, este jueves, 8 de octubre a las 9pm/8c.
“Celia Cruz Azúcar” (10 de octubre, 8pm/7c), será una emisión especial de dos horas del concierto homenaje del 2003, conducido por la presentadora de Un Nuevo Día, Rashel Díaz. In honor of the 40th Anniversary of the Judgment of Paris this May, Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars will release the 2013 vintage of its iconic S.L.V. Estate Cabernet Sauvignon with a commemorative label replicating the original 1973 S.L.V. Cabernet Sauvignon which took top honors among the red wines at the 1976 Paris Tasting.
Triumphing over two first-growth and other renowned wines of Bordeaux, the 1973 S.L.V. Cabernet Sauvignon brought international recognition to Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars, Napa Valley and the American wine industry as a whole. To mark the historic event, the commemorative 2013 S.L.V. Cabernet Sauvignon carries a small gold band saying “40th Anniversary Vintage,” and releases at the winery May 1, 2016.
“The surprise win in 1976 by Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars – and Chateau Montelena Winery with their Chardonnay – truly changed the course of history,” said Ted Baseler, President and CEO of Ste. Michelle Wine Estates and Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars. “What the Judgment of Paris did was give credibility. It was a trigger event that gave validity to the quality of American wines. En un esfuerzo por reducir los incidentes causados por conductores ebrios durante los días festivos, la NHTSA, el Ad Council y el Television Bureau of Advertising (TVB) lanzaron hoy su 12º campaña anual "Project Roadblock: Local TV Puts the Brakes on Drunk Driving" (Proyecto Barricada: la televisión local frena a los conductores ebrios).
Project Roadblock se creó en 2004 para apoyar la campaña de anuncios de servicio público (PSA) Buzzed Driving Prevention (Prevención Contra Manejar Entonado) de la NHTSA y el Ad Council.
