Other gyms and fitness centers may be more well-known, but you’d probably never guess which fitness chain has been the fastest-growing in the world for 10 years in a row. Averaging more than 300 new gyms a year for the last decade, Anytime Fitness is the undisputed champ, according to the International Health, Racquet and Sportsclub Association (IHRSA). In fact, Anytime Fitness was recently referred to as the “fastest-growing fitness franchise of all time” in an article posted on Inc.com.
“We built the franchise by focusing on convenience, affordability and a friendly, supportive atmosphere,” said Chuck Runyon, the CEO and a co-founder of Anytime Fitness. “That will never change. But we’ve sustained and, in many areas, accelerated our growth by expanding our programming and benefits for members. Specifically, our new group training sessions and our mobile app – which serves as a personal trainer in your pocket – have been wildly popular and will contribute to our future growth.”

A volunteer team from GAC Motor’s wetland ambassador program (“the Program”) has successfully concluded the July tour to Sanjiangyuan National Nature Reserve (SNNR), where they travelled to the Donggi Conag Lake to conduct biodiversity survey with ecologists from World Wildlife Fund (WWF).
In the three-day field survey, the team joined by media representatives documented the distribution and number of plateau wildlife species such as goa, bharal and yellow-billed teal and observed the plantation, hydrography, atmosphere and sunlight. The data will be used to evaluate habitat conditions and threat levels to help make future conservation plans.

Clubman comes to Hong Kong -Mini Cooper has chosen Hong Kong as the first place in the world to launch their new model Clubman. Music, celebrities, models and mini fans flooded Stanley Plaza for a full on party. Flamenco dancers, beat boxers, sword fights and a surreal carnival atmosphere took over the night. But nothing could steal the show from the unveiling of the new Clubman. Draped with beautiful women the cars were unveiled to a cheering audience while champagne flowed freely. Taiwanese boy band Lollipop provided another level of excitement as young girl fans screamed from outside the walls.
The global credit crunch and the bad business news have not adversely affected Glasstec trade show in Düsseldorf. Higher visitor figures, the presence of additional exhibiting companies and a good sales and orders performance have resulted in a positive atmosphere among trade show organizers and glass industry representatives alike.
