The birth of a child should be the happiest moment in a couples life. But when a doctors wife has twins, one of whom has Down syndrome, he makes the difficult decision to send one away. A nurse discovers his plan and intervenes, putting into motion events that will haunt the family for twenty years. Premieres Saturday April 12th at 9pm EST.
The Rhythm Foundation is a non-profit organization celebrating its 19th season of presenting outstanding international artists in South Florida. They are the foremost presenter of world music in South Florida - presenting more than 250 concerts, events and festivals by established and innovative artists from around the world. Special focus is given to those cultures connecting to South Florida audiences - music from Brazil, Latin America, the Caribbean, Africa, Asia, and Europe. They present an average of 15 concerts and festivals each year at various venues in South Florida.

Growing up inner city, Watts, California, Kevin never imagined himself as an athletic icon, especially in track and field. However, in high school after joining the track and field team, it was clear that Kevin had the talent for speed and agility. In the 1992 Barcelona Olympic games, Kevin earned a gold medal and became the new world record holder for the 400m hurdles at 46.78 seconds. After mental and physical preparation for the Barcelona Olympic games, Kevin knew he could focus on the goal and beat the 11-year standing world record for the 400m hurdles. 15 years later, his world record still holds at 46.78 seconds.
