A new survey commissioned by Mucinex, the number one over-the-counter brand* in America, reveals that more than 158 million Americans (63 percent of the adult population) would try to hide being sick so they wouldn’t have FOMO (fear of missing out) on doing things they wanted to do. However, more than 206 million Americans (82 percent of those surveyed) would agree that when they see people out and about when they are sick, they wish those battling cold and flu symptoms stayed home instead. While this time of year is full of fun autumn activities and outings with family and friends, it’s also the beginning of cold and flu season, and the last thing people want to do is stay at home and battle a swarm of sick symptoms.

Worst Cooks in America returns with a starry twist this fall, as Rachael Ray joins four-time winner Anne Burrell in the kitchen to transform seven celebrity cooking disasters into culinary VIPs. Anne and Rachael each lead a team of personalities who have many talents on-screen, but little savvy in the kitchen - and these food masters are determined to whip the celebs into culinary shape. The all-star recruits are: Dean Cain, Ellen Cleghorne, Jenni “Jwoww” Farley, Chris Soules, Jaleel White, Kendra Wilkinson and Barry Williams. Finding time to eat well doesn’t mean you have to resort to eating out or going through the drive through during this busy fall season. New data analysis, supported in part by by Nestlé USA, indicates that people who reported dining on frozen meals ate fewer calories per day and consumed less saturated fat than those who reported eating fast food meals, also known as quick service restaurant (QSR) meals.1 The findings also showed that those who reported eating frozen meals consumed more essential nutrients than those who reported opting for fast food meals.
The findings are based on a new analysis of data from the 2003-2010 What We Eat In America (WWEIA) National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES), a program of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

For a group of budding business people, living with senior citizens for five days gives impetus to their dreams. It also encourages innovation that could improve the lives of the aging. They are all participants in Brookdale’s Entrepreneur in Residence program, part of the company’s “Rewiring Aging” initiative to enrich seniors’ lives through technology. Two intramural teams took their game a step closer to the big leagues as Bryant and Moustakas went head to head in a friendly rivalry, sharing advice with the collegiate teams and showing fans everyone has a different way of staying fit.
The Fit City takeover, also included a never-before-seen Fit City Course that was modeled after an actual city, featuring obstacles like a skyscraper climbing wall and stationary bike that lights up the Fit City course. After exhausting all of their energy during the softball game and taking on the Fit City Course, fans had the opportunity to try the different fit feats and fuel up on free STOUFFER’S FIT KITCHEN samples to get a taste of the meals Moustakas and Bryant have been enjoying this off-season.
