The CCCL Austellungsmannschaft (Luzern's chef's guild competition cooking team) led by Chef Leonard recently completed their 4th team test cook in preparation for the IGEHO exhibition in Basel in November, only 1 more test cook remains in order to correct the dishes so that finished items look perfect. To assist the team in their cause to achieve this perfection 2 of the Swiss Cooking associations top judges (Franz Jonke and Werner Schumacher) were invited to critique the dishes which will be on display on the 25th November, their expertise and assistance will allow the team progress to the next level and hopefully aid our cause to achieve some medal status at the competition itself.
I was able to catch the saturday fireworks exhibit in my first visit to the Mall of Asia. So childlike, but I was shouting in joy :p Needless to say, I love the eve of new year because of fireworks display!

Merry Christmas! Each year our yard display becomes bigger and bigger. We made the front page of the newspaper last year and were highlighted on the television web sites. Last year over 1028 children visited with Santa and Mrs. Clause and everyone received candy canes. Delta Air Lines (NYSE: DAL) is on schedule with the $1.2 billion expansion of Terminal 4 at John F. Kennedy International Airport where the structural steel frame of the Concourse B extension is now visible.
Ahead of the 2013 opening, customers can take a virtual tour of the expanded terminal through a new animated video available on the Delta Air Lines YouTube channel. In addition, more than 80 displays throughout JFK Terminals 2, 3 and 4 and on airport vehicles display the changes customers will experience in 2013.
