Die Skoda-Designstudie „VisionC“ und das sechssitzige Konzeptfahrzeug „Clipper“ von Giugiaro dagegen unterschiedliche Ansätze, wie die automobile Zukunft aussehen könnte. Für den Spagat zwischen Konzeptfahrzeug und Serie zuständig aren der T-ROC, mit dem Volkswagen zwischen Tiguan und Touareg eine neue SUV-Baureihe etablieren wird und die Alltrack-Studie für den VW Multivan, der schon sehr bald auf unseren Straßen zu sehen sein dürfte. Ein vielfältigeres Angebot kann derzeit kein anderer Autokonzern bieten.

Mark Uzan, director of the Renovating Bretton Woods Committee, moderated the online-conference in which international and Kazakhstan experts participated. They reached agreement on a consolidated draft Plan for overcoming long-term consequences of the global financial and economic crisis for UN Member States (Plan) on which the international expert community has been actively working.

Anand G. Mahindra, Chairman, Mahindra Group, became the first Indian to receive the prestigious Harvard Medal for his dedication, generosity and service to the University. Harvard President Drew Faust, the Lincoln Professor of History, presented Mr. Mahindra with the medal at the Annual Meeting of the Harvard Alumni Association during Harvard’s 363rd Commencement Afternoon Program on May 29.

Le plan de relance du Logement voté par le Parlement à la fin 2014 porte ses fruits : le dispositif Pinel, allié au nouveau zonage, séduit les investisseurs. La TVA à 5,5% dans 1.296 quartiers prioritaires, le développement du logement intermédiaire, la réduction des délais d’instruction des procédures d’urbanisme, tout comme la limitation des recours abusifs vont également contribuer à éclaircir les perspectives pour le secteur du logement.
Dans le même temps, la baisse des taux à laquelle on assiste depuis la fin 2013 équivaut, selon l’Observatoire Crédit Logement/CS, à un recul des prix d’achat de 10 %, tant sur le marché du neuf que sur celui de l’ancien. Malgré une légère remontée constatée fin août, les conditions de financement restent exceptionnellement favorables, et l’hypothèse d’une accentuation de la hausse demeure faible à court terme.
